Compliance Facilitator

Position Profile

Job Description:

  • Manage all open change management tickets to completion, ensuring required process steps are completed efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory and internally documented processes.
  • Engage with all parties involved with the IT change management process, facilitating cross-team activities and communication.
  • Continuously work to simplify and streamline all processes.
  • Train all parties involved in the IT Change Management Process.
  • Develop training materials for change management process when needed.
  • Partner closely with Internal Audit to validate and improve on existing process compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of post-undergraduate experience in a corporate IT environment, with roles showing increasing responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and listening).
  • Experience in a SOX, SAS-70, HIPAA or SSAE16 compliant IT organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to create/define metrics that accurately reflect the current state of a given process.
