Position Profile
Job Description:
- Manage all open change management tickets to completion, ensuring required process steps are completed efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory and internally documented processes.
- Engage with all parties involved with the IT change management process, facilitating cross-team activities and communication.
- Continuously work to simplify and streamline all processes.
- Train all parties involved in the IT Change Management Process.
- Develop training materials for change management process when needed.
- Partner closely with Internal Audit to validate and improve on existing process compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of post-undergraduate experience in a corporate IT environment, with roles showing increasing responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and listening).
- Experience in a SOX, SAS-70, HIPAA or SSAE16 compliant IT organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to create/define metrics that accurately reflect the current state of a given process.
